Due to facility constraints and there being no accessible stage space, Westercon 74 will not have a Masquerade/Costume Contest event. However, we will have costume-related programming during the convention, and we encourage members to come in costume. We will have Hall Costume Awards with judges around the convention presenting costumers with awards on the spot.
